Why did they do nothing with this form? They could have made it have different stats, ability, etc compared to regular Keldeo. Here's what I was thinking:

Ability: Adaptability
HP:91
ATK:122
DEF:85
SPA:109
SPD:85
SPE:108
BST:600, on par with Meloetta and Genesect.
Are there any other purely aesthetic forms that could be retconned to be competitively different?
