It doesn't because it's blatantly incorrect. DM and DW are just forms of Necrozma, why would they be UBs if regular Necrozma isn't?

It's just a matter of mismatched terminology, reading any further into it is retarded. If a Pokemon is a species that originates from Ultra Space like the Cosmog line, Necrozma, or any of the others, it's a UB.
