you know nostalfags, right? Those guys who only like gen 1 and will praise it over everything, all other gens. Well, gen 5 lovers are basically neo-nostalfags. BW was released in 2010 and this means people who played it when they were 10, are now around 17 or 18. You know gen 5 is in many ways similar to gen 1, so it could easily develop the same attitude of nostalfagging on them.
