They won't be able to launch that z-move unless your opponent purposely allows you to do such a thing.
This is why people have been telling you that only good pokemon can use them they can tank hits or outspeed to get a buff or to nuke your opponent.
It's also hilarious how you've listed no moves with priority and an event move.

The Z moves are only as flexible as the pokemon using it, they don't give the pokemon any buffs before using the Z-move you know which is why we're telling you that shitmon are still shitmon even with a crystal while good Pokemon only got better because they can utilize them far better.
That's what makes them broken, it centralizes the meta far more than megas before it especially since you can't really come up with a counter to a Z move when a good Pokemon uses it.
