Maybe if they put aside that dumb as fug iphone excuse and realize people don't play most battle facilities because of the stupid sets they made specifically to screw players over due to sheer luck. Getting done in by a quick claw pokemon with a ohko move is complete crap.

Yes? Same goes for any trainer that uses a Pokemon with Sturdy. It's intentional, it makes you angry and impatient and more likely to make a stupid mistake and/or quit out of frustration.

Honestly the worst thing about Battle Tree is that it reads the fuck out of your team then tries to construct bullshit gimmick teams to counter you.

With Scarf-Garchomp as my sweeper, over the course of maybe twenty battles I saw just about every fully evolved Ice-type in the game.

This is one of the reasons why I don't like playing Battle Facilities.
When I go online, I'm allowed to choose which of my pokemon do or don't get put into the match, which ones get to lead, and I even get to see the enemy's roster to try and plan for it.
I can't do any of this when going through the Battle Tree, while the AI is clearly trying to fuck over my Hail team with non-stop Fire-types.
The closest I can do is have multiple teams ready and just punch out from the Tree only to punch right back in with a different team or different set-up every couple matches, in some effort to throw off the "learning" AI.

The problem with all of these battle facilities, and extremely apparent within the Maison/Tree is that there is no team preview for battles. Give people team previews and then this is a non-issue because the game then can't counter-strat you as hard.
