The Sun/Moon guide is available somewhere, I've got it on my hard drive.

It did have some artworks that aren't on Bulbapedo, such as final artworks for Nanu and Hapu (the ones on Bulbapedo are concept arts).

Japanese guides are better in this aspect, for example the Japanese SM guide had an artwork for Kahili, which the English one didn't have. But Japs don't scan their stuff (at best, they do some shit-quality camera photos of certain single pages).
