Alright I'm extremely late to this party but I didn't use 4chan back when ORAS came out and still didn't till about two weeks ago, but this is something I have to point out

>Sceptile introduced as fast special attacker in third gen
>Gets amazing movepool for a grass type
>Gets signature move (at the time) in Leaf Blade
>Gen four comes out
>Most of Sceptile's moveset becomes physical, including Leaf Blade
>9 years later, Mega Sceptile introduced to the world
>Megas have given drastically altered stats and play styles to some of the Megas from X/Y
>Becomes Grass/Dragon, good start
>Stays Special attacker
>Don't increase its special movepool at all and still isn't a good leaf blade user
>Maybe a good ability can salvage this?
>Lightning Rod on a pokemon 4x resistant to it
>Fuck.

Outside of how much G.F. fucked over poor Sceptile's Mega, let's make this an underwhelming Megas thread (inb4 Audino and Garchomp)!
