Also since Gale of Darkness had Munchlax its actually Gen 4. And ORAS had new megas so its Gen 7. Therefore US/UM are actually gen 10.

Actually OP, Emerald is Gen IV because it added a new Deoxys form. GoD is Gen V for adding Munchlax and Bonsly (which was usable)
This means Diamond and Pearl were Gen VI, and Platinum was Gen VII for adding a new Giratina form.
B2W2 is Gen IX for adding Kyurem forms. ORAS is Gen XI for adding new Megas.
This means that, in the end, USUM is Generation Thirteen (XIII) for adding new Pokemon and new forms.
