08, 16, and 64 give a mon immunity OR revives a dead mon (revived mons don't have immunity without another one). Alternatively, if you're solely killing it and get it, that mon cannot be revived.
The mons remaining at bump limit are what's left of the /vp/ regional dex.
Starting off with smogonlion. Regular can stay.
