Honestly why is Blacephalon not Uber people compare it to Pheromosa and Chandelure but out beats both of them in certain aspects.
Pros
Is immune to fake out
127 atk and 151 sp. atk (need I say more?)
speed is on the higher speed at 107 but nothing great
can survive a non-powered up sucker punch unless it has a nature that decreases defense by 10%.
Ice-type hidden power for this pokemon can OHKO mega salamence and other pokemon with a 2 - 4 x weakness to ice that have a sp.def less than 95
+1 speed Blacephalon ideally after using flame charge can outspeed threats like mid-day lycanroc
Cons
gets rekt by tyranitar which is unfortunately somewhat common in the meta
bad defenses
So a few flaws but still pretty great overall
