In Balanced Hackmons, you can throw any ability and move on any pokemon, You can straight up use any form without needing to mega evolve or anything, the 508 EV limit is removed for this gen as well, this leads to things like psychic terrain mega mewtwo y with psycho boost or sturdy shedinja. Imposter Chansey is definitely a thing and is the single thing that keeps HO from being ridiculous, being able to copy the opponents pokemon while keeping its hp and getting the eviolite boost with the opponent's defensive stats. Certain things that are too unhealthy are banned, like water bubble or pure power
AAA is pretty self explanatory, you can put almost any ability on any pokemon, I forget if its OU based or not
