Slow start's turns no longer reset when switching out
When the 5 turns are up it morphs into Huge Power

there, now it has a chance of triggering the 5 turn limit and the payoff is massive enough it's worth doing so.

Considering Slow Start no longer resets upon switching out, it's not set up bait, it still has shit like thunder wave and doesn't fear switching out

I also have the same view regarding its moves, though not really a fan of how the perfect form is locked behind an in-battle form change when at or below 50% health

Forget that, just skill swap to the moveset. It's not overpowering because you have to do it every time you switch in, but makes it viable.
