If they are holding sash then you don't need to worry about the z-move, and can outspeed and kill the next turn, the only thing it can do is shadow sneak which isn't a 1hko.

I just hate Jap teams in general. They always just use the same strong mons, it's has gotten so bad that I've basically stopped using my favourite mons and now only use hard counters to their uber teams.
