garchomp can't do shit to celesteela, which is one of the reasons its fell so far, the reason you run scarf isn't for steela, it's for stuff garchomp can actually hurt and kill, scarfchomp kills the fairy five and can revenge kill stuff, that is far more important than doing a measly 50% at the cost of a z-crystal
