Misty terrain for either florges or aromatisse, Florges has no useful ability, but it could make it very annoying to have to deal with. Aromatisse also has no useful ability with and it's a perfume pokemon so it's probably spraying fairy mist every anyway too.
Grassy terrain might be decent on gogoat. It's quite similar to tapu bulu too atleast moveset wise. I feel like it would make sense on trevenant too thematically at least but it already has to pretty great abilities which I think it would rather run. Maybe something like carnivine could get it but I think that's beyond saving
Don't know about electric terrain. Might help something like zebstrika. Luxray and magnezone get it but i think they'd rather run their other abilities. Electivire maybe. Manectric also learns it and could be good to set up its own terrain before it megas but since it got that mega in the first place I think there's other things that need it more
