I hate how the difficulty curve is in these games, trainers and wild battles are piss easy and you gain zero XP so totem and kahuna blow your ass off.

Where i can train (i can't pass the fire trial), i have 4 Pokemon that are lvl 23/24 but all wild pokemons give no XP and trainers are useless because they have only one Pokemon.
