Most anime are either adverts for manga or card games

All the current Pokemon anime adaptions are shit. the main one is generic, drawn out, and ugly because it is a game commercial while the other two are boring and unimaginative.

I'd rather have a 26 episode anime about original characters and original storylines with a unique artstyle than adaptions of the same story with AU version of characters we have known for years.
