Lumiose City, definitely. Most of my favorite Pokemon can be found in Kalos, and Lumiose has everything good about cities without any of the downsides.

One of the smaller cities in Kanto or Johto. Vermillion or Fuschia in Kanto, Olivine in Johoto, since I love the ocean. Malie town would be great too, just for the aesthetics alone.

Somewhere in Sinnoh, probably Eterna City. So many cool mountains to climb, Eterna forest to explore, and probably good skiing in Snowpoint. And I'd get to do it all with my pokemon!

Kalos isn't as bad as the others. Life and Death only wake up once in a blue moon, and Napoleon II: Faggot Boogaloo is too incompetent to be a threat, up until he an heroes - at which point Kalos is literally the safest place in the world.

Anywhere in Kalos outside of Lumiose. Probably Couriway Town, so I can use the train station, or Snowbelle City, for the same comfy reasons as those who choose Snowpoint.

However, I'd probably spend most of my time in Kiloude City, so I'd have to commute every day. I just wouldn't live there, full-time.
