Most things, sprites, movesets, routes, encounter rates, dialogue, characters, moveset, music.
>What's needed currently?
Ideas for early game, route/pallet town changes.
I'm gonna hold a vote on the name, so far we have:

New ideas are also accepted. Whatever seems the most popular will be chosen.
