The smogon OU format is jumping holes with banning certain combinations of zygarde so it can remain in OU with its weaker form by banning its ability but this cant be applied to blaziken because multiple users of speed boost exist. This is a really, really stupid reason to ban Power construct because Zygarde is the only pokemon to have that ability. The entire ruling on the ability ban and pokemon ban is retarded when the OU council is just going to ban specific sets so that some pokemon can get away with remaining in OU and all because "lol its the only pokemon with this ability". Before you label me as someone who wants smogon gone, I really like the format but lets not pretend like the rulings on this ban isnt retarded as all fuck.
