This is the epitome of wasted potential in Pokemon ever. This fucker had so much potential for this story, but he is nothing but a plot device to keep you going. Colress at least got a bit of a plot motivation in USUM, but Grimsley gets shit. Even when the Rainbow Rocket episode happens Grimsley isn't involved at all or has any confrontation with Dennis or has chemistry with Colress and Dennis.
