don't buff rockslide, its one of the best moves in doubles
just make a new 80 BP 100% move that only hits single targets with some sort of effect.

You can't buff Rock without it being on Ice's expense. Rock is SE against it so whatever else you do to boost Rock would negatively affect Ice.
Other way with Grass though, making Rock more prevalent will in most cases buff Grass too.

Seems pretty clear-cut to me. The person you're replying to is wondering how nerfing Ice would buff Rock in the first place, in implicit agreement to the OP that nerfing Ice should not be the way to buff Rock.

Grass is so ass though cuz ice shits on it and flying is prevalent and fairies run amok so Poison is carried.
