Hey /vp/ I was thinking of making an Emerald hack but I need help and suggestions.

Here's a few ideas I wanna go along with:
-Have all the post 3rd gen battle mechanics like phys/spec, infinite TMs and etc. (no brainer to include)
-Have a regional pokedex on the level of BW2 so 300 mons but from all generations including 6th and 7th with the best and coolest pokemon to represent (so no kanto pandering and having it fun to nuzlocke and switch teams in normal playtrough)
-Having a custom region based on either England, Canada or Russia with the tone and writing to be Gamefreak quality (so no excessive legendary usage for example)
-Have interesting gym leaders (like a dual type one with ice/rock or one based on the post game BW2 with the trio brothers but its a dual battle where you choose one of them on your side) and have them be important and interesting on the level of BW and SM
-Side quests like US/UM (just cute stuff to make the world feel more alive)

And maybe other stuff but can't think of at the top of my head. Any other suggestions or ideas then?
