Many electric type dex entries mention electric sacs where pokemon absorb or generate power. It's likely that many of the elemental types have some sort of gland that handles its function.

This would logically apply to many poison types honestly. Theyre either poisonous because their body is composed of waste or toxic stuff (Muk, Garbodor). Or have internal organs that produce poison like a real animal (the majority of them).
