When I see the indentations on this things head, paired with its 3d idle animation, I can't help but imagine there is a giant invisible hand pinching it by the head and dangling it above the ground like so. Same applies to Beheeyem.

While Alolans are definitely retarded and their theories not to be trusted since they believe things like raichus adapting to a new environment is the result of eating too many pancakes, Starmie certainly has had hints at being an alien since its origins, with dex entries talking about its core sending signals to space.

I could perfectly believe it came from the ultra deep sea millions of years ago somehow.
