Ninjask can't really make stakeout work, since it's so fast it has to rely on forcing switches. The problem with this is that it doesn't have a great movepool and bug/flying stab is mediocre

I felt it would be fairly efficient against Bug or Flying weak opponents, and without a strong physical resist, if the enemy switches out they get hit by a 100% boost on a base 140 attack Leech/U-Turn/Ace. But it's true that Ninjask's movepool is lacking, and it has almost no use for Speed Boost.

It just has such a barren movepool that I don't know how I'd go about making it useful outside of stat boosting abilities like pure power and fur coat

Stop being a disingenuous retard and admit you're wrong. Mega Fug's only difference is that it doesn't need the stone, it still gets a 100 BST increase and takes up the mega slot. Mega Beedrill both needs the stone and gets a 100 BST increase regardless of how those stats are allocated. They both fall under the mega umbrella. You're wrong, get over it.

essentially what helium does is slowly restore health (1/8) every turn after blacephalon has used mind blown. also mind blown is a recharge move so its not ridiculously broken.

The idea was to make it a coin-flip whenever you face it since it does get both Swords Dance and Nasty Plot, and since Grass is a shit-tier offensive type I gave it Tinted Lens as a way to get around Grass' resists. It also fits thematically, I guess. It's definitely not OU-worthy, but it's probably at least Mega Blastoise level.

Depending on the weather, Torterra's primary type changes, but keeps the ground type. During Sunny day, it's a fire/ground type, during rain, it's water/ground, sandstorm, Rock/Ground, etc. The primary type of moves also change, so Wood hammer would change to a fire/water/rock/ice move

Ability: All Type - This pokemon no longer needs to be holding a plate, it is now considered to be all types and gets STAB for every offensive move it uses.

Ability: Nightmare - Damages all sleeping opponents by 1/5 of their max HP every turn

Also learns a new unique ability called Chaos Ray 10 PP 90 Accuracy - Inflicts both sleep and confusion on an opposing pokemon. Greatly increases chances of both effects lasting 4-5 turns.

The main reason for both sleep and confusion is so on the off chance one status wears off after 2 or 3 turns, the other is almost a given to stay for 4-5 turns
