They made a mistake naming it that in english.

It's japanese and french name are puns on Kapoera, the brazilian dance fighting.

His 3d model is dancing. I'll be it very basic dancing but still.

I too preferred it when it was doing head spins though.

Its whole body shape is based on a foot compared to how Chan's head is based on a hand. But yeah, in Lee's case, doesn't really work imo

It isn't just basic dancing. it's the ginga. It's one of your default guarding stances and the first think you learn going into capoeira
