No, seriously. How do the players get good IV stuff in this game? Will they have to breed them, then EV train them, then level them up all the way to 90 by the League? To me, that's just annoying.

Because at the end of the day the enemy AI is not a player and you can still win with subpar and underleveled pokemon by abusing type matchups and stat boosts. By the time you reach the elite four you should have everything you need available to you to beat any preset NPC trainer.
