Which one of these are the most broken?

Meaning If a pokemon is hit by spikes and rocks while poisoned and in hail the spikes will do 1/8, then the rocks will do 1/6, then the hail will do 1/4, then poison will do 1/2. If rocks do 1/2 damage initially then the poison will also do 1/2.
