Sceptile ans Serpior are way better. Venusaur might run it as an alt choice. More or less every grass special attacker is bettee minjs sunflora that lose the only niche it had

The funny thing is that before Generation 4, Solar Beam used to have similarly shit distribution. Ho-Oh, Entei, Houndour and Ponyta (and Ponyta got in G3, two gens after debut). Ice Beam didn't have this problem.
