I never noticed the third option. Had I before hand I might not have played it. Its the reason I refuse to touch Rejuvenation. Sadly Uranium has been to my liking but I swear to Kek I have not seen this "third gender" option.

I dunno, if you want to have a gender-neutral option in your game, all the more power to you. But if you just had all clothing and hairstyle options available to both sexes, this probably wouldn't be an issue.
