Game freak would give Pheromosa like, cute charm and Nihilego clear body, ruin them with mediocre abilities.

Stakataka I could see getting steelworker (it's literally an assembly of bricks and plates). and Kartana could have something absolutely awful like plus.

I tried to give weaker ones better abilities too, and give the stronger ones abilities that weren't quite as robust but still fun and makes sense.

Nihiligo can do speed or special defense, special attack if you want to be dumb/are scarfed
Stak comes the closest, needing a specific nature and IVs just to change it to a different stat

Beast Boost doesn't take items or stat boosts into account. Unless you meant that's the only time you'd want to run Special Attack. Stakataka is a hassle but can still have 2-3 different stats

Stak can only get beast boost on attack if it has lonely nature and 15 or less def IVs if it has 31 Attack IVs, can't get the boost on any other stat besides defense
And yes, I meant you'd only run SpA beast boost on scarf nihiligo

They could just let them have both, every UB gets beast boost but you can use an ability capsule to change it to a normal ability.

Yep
Blacephalon can get anything except Defense.
Celesteela can get anything.
Kartana struggles because it's minmaxed, but can do plenty.

Pheromosa is already overpowered as hell, Quick Feet makes more sense from a lore perspective and means you can't cripple it with Glare.

You either run Soundproof to be immune to Bug Buzz, Hyper Voice and Boomburst
Or you run Bullet Proof to be immune to Gyro Ball, Energy Ball, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball and Seed Bomb (Bullet Seed as well if Mega heracross is a possible opponent)
Or you can run overcoat... which is meh

Why would you run anything other than Soundproof though? That one lets it come in on Sylveon, one of the things that's supposed to check it. All that other stuff doesn't really threaten Kommo-O that much. Kommo-O actually already resists some of those, like Energy Ball and Bug Buzz.

Immunities are immunities, being able to come in on something without taking damage is always useful
Can't imagine sylveon being useful in vgc and they're in different tiers by smogon rules but that's likely to change soon, so that doesn't matter at the moment
