How much would the meta change if pokemon were able to use all of their abilities? Example intimidate, moxie gyarados.

Yeah but I think it's all the abilities that Pokemon can know from a base standpoint. Yzard still comes from base charizard, so drought would be added along with its other abilities. The only one that wouldn't make sense is tough claws from xzard

Quagsire would still be a fun but niche pick liek always.

Mangezone would be very buffed
Peilliper would have immense defensive and weather utility.
Azumarril would be crazy good since grass immunity+ice/fire resist.
Hippowdoen would punch holes in teams hard. Porygon-z too

This could only ever work if every pokemon had a carefully selected amount of abilities, basically a main one + one or two shit ones. For example:

>Natural cure + illuminate + forewarn Starmie

>Huge power + pickup + thick fat Azumarill

>Intimidate + unnerve Gyarados

>Etc.

In the end you could just make all mons have a single complex ability (i.e. water bubble) that is balanced enough and that's it.
