"How to make x OU" implies something is not good enough to make that OU cut or simply not used as much. In case you did not notice bug pussy was banned from OU for being good.
Which sucks since it can't do anything in uber and lacks priority to be even decent.
If you mean this genuinely then please carry on. A serious discussion on how to help(or hurt as you may have implied) pheromosa I welcome but it just seemed like obvious bait. Got any more cute images like that?

Remove QD from its movepool. Now it gets hard countered by Pinsir Mega and is forced to use Scarf to not be revenge killed by Ninja.

Pinsir is a check not a counter, the problem with Pheromosa is its coverage, QD and BB will not be a problem if one thing could eat a hit from it.

How did Quiver Dance prevent Pinsir from killing Pheromosa since it always carry Quick Attack?
Also, Pheromosa's speed is at 151. If you're sending Greninja to revenge kill it, you showed that your Gren is scarfed, therefore forced a switch. If it was a wrong guess, Pheromosa will still outspeed it and kill it next time.
Did you ever play Pokemon ?

Pheromsoa, despite how amazing the pokemon is all around, is one of the worst pokemon to use quiver dance and any boosting move. Extremely fragile, already very powerful and has access to beast boost so quiver dance is useless for bug legs.
