Heal order should either restore 75% HP or also heal status or add a water veil type effect. It sucks ass by itself because bug/flying is a shut type.

Bug psychic because of hiveminds and it being the brains of the bunch. Then quiver dance because fuck you give it. Then stored power because every psychic type gets stored power. Round it off with one of those abilities only bugs get like shield dust or tinted lense.
