Electivire can work pretty well as is. Ion Deluge has priority and really fucks over Return users. I pair it with a Banded Explosion Electrode in doubles so it gets at least one boost and the opponents get their Sashes broken for +1 speed Electivire to nail them with an EQ he next turn. If anything I'd boost its Attack, Speed, and give it Volt Tackle or a new equivalent. Magmortar needs more speed and something like Sheer Force

Give it mega launcher please. And all the moves that come with it(aura sphere, etc) as well as a new signature move that's boosted by it, flame cannon or something. That should make it fun at least.
