But you can imagine how they might be able to obtain energy, like Porygon could download food/charge itself, Unown has ties to incomprehensible power, Carbink's a fairy with a mythical diamond waifu, etc. Whereas a straight up car would need a gas pump as part of its design to make sense (unless it was a ghost or a colony of worms that just looked like a car or something, that's where creativity comes in)

It's legs look less shitty. In that art it just looks like they are spread outwards in an A position. In the game they are in a neutral/resting position but are still that far apart, making it look like it's hips are popped out of their sockets.
