Not him but I used Baracat, Tsareena, Lopunny, Kommo-O, Araquanid and A-Ninetales all in the 62-65 level range for most of the arc. Hitting them for weakness with strong moves (Blizzard, CC etc.) was usually enough, but there were times where I had to set up Aurora Viel with Ninetales or use an X-item to patch up my team weakness. Mega /fit/-two was by far the hardest to beat.

For why? Arbok has great abilities and has Coil+Gunk Shot. Has good coverage and can absorb T-Spikes. Arbok is decent, at best.
