You don't even need to fight the league again if you KO it in the credits, since it immediately respawns if you do.

You only need to fight the league again if you KO it again after that

Just confirming anon to not be full of shit. I recently finished original Moon and killed Topu Keko during the credits, and on that one occasion it respawns without you having to redo the E4.
