Uranium is an Essential game and as such it runs like shit and the fakemons are pretty darn mediocre.
Vega has some really nice spritework but some fakemons and new moves are horribly unbalanced, the region is bland and forces you to backtrack a lot without any meaningful reason to revisit old areas, and it's difficult in all the wrong ways (gym leaders using hax items, one of them has literally mons with hacked stats).
Clover is one big compilation of 4chan toilet humor BUT once you look past the childish sense of humour it has a really nice (and not completely unbalanced) set of fakemon gameplay-wise and a very interesting region filled to the brim with optional content. It feels really "alive", for lack of a better term.
