Besides, I personally like hunting down legendaries.

In RSE, you needed to speciallize Pokemon in one category, but in ORAS one Pokemon could become maxed out in every category. I prefered the former better as it encouraged you to use more Pokemon. Also, they should have added a online option in ORAS, huge missed opportunity there.
That said, even if we don't like it, that doesn't mean it isn't content. Unlike with the Frontier which has poor game design, ORAS Contests are at least functional. So this is really subjective.

Gave Hoenn a bit more lore, gave some characters a bit more character, and the fight against Deoxys was awesome. I agree that more locations would have been cool, I liked the Sevii Islands. But it's not something I lose sleep over. The new mirrage islands are new locations though, even if they don't compare to something like the Sevii Islands.

>I guess if you compare it to SM,makes you wonder if Z-crystal will be events in Gen8Even compared to XY, which had version exclusive Mega Stones. Going through Hoenn to find them I thought was pretty cool, even if most aren't exactly well hidden. But stones like the Beedrillite were pretty cool to find.
