Are there any other regions or games that capture the cold, mountainous feeling of Sinnoh?

Kanto is temperate
Johto has a few cold areas in the north-east
Hoenn is tropical
Sinnoh is cold and snowy
Unova varies by season, but it's usually temperate
Kalos is similar to Johto, it has a few cold areas in the north-east
Alola is tropical

Are there any sidegames that are cold? Orre is a monument to man's arrogance so that's obviously out, what about the ranger games?

It's cold as dicks here and I need something fitting the climate. Also Sinnoh/Winter thread I guess.
