Gen 8 won't be Spain. The Kabuto dex entry is a clear hint at the next region and neither of the things it is based on are found near Spain. It is thus logical to assume Kabuto will not be found wild in PokeSpain. If the dex entry was just a reference to Horseshoe crabs, why put it in the Hawaii region? Hawaii has nothing to do with them.
