Has a cool sword for a tail, even has venom on it too to give Zangoose a helping hand and make the fight more fair, has an amazing god tier shiny that is so amazing it blinds those mortals who are not worthy. Only those worthy actually know what Shiny Seviper looks like. Seviper also has the best typing in game with pure Poison and it can even breath fire on top of it's stellar moveset.
So that's
>Good guy snake makes fights fair>Good design and god tier shiny>Can breath fire>best type in game>banned to anything goes but that's the only way the meta game would be fair.
