That's not how huge power works.
At level 100 with max attack, Huge Power Ledian would have the equivelent of 119 base attack.

I'd give it a mega-evo instead of buffing its moves. Have the mega-Vespiquen have stats that keeps the mixed-attacker approach, but have speed have the largest increase. I like your idea for the ability, but I had an alternative idea, where it's an ability like Paternal Bond, but instead of hitting a second time for 0.25x damage, it hits two more times for 0.10x damage each. So it's a slightly inferior Parental Bond, but the fact it hits two extra times instead of once could make for some interesting stuff, like for using moves with additional effects.

Idk, I think if Primarina gets any new abilities, it should take advantage of its potential bulk. Like Hydration. Torrent is pretty decent considering Primarina could stick around long enough to use it, and it's especially better than Liquid Voice - at least at the moment.

I was going to say give it Shadow Tag. It already learns ghost and psychic moves for whatever reason and it lays traps with its webs so it works thematically. But I'm pretty sure Smogon banned it on all tiers.

I'd give it a mega, and have the mega have Huge Power. It'd have a drastic re-shuffling of stats, mostly going towards Speed and Attack, ala Mega-Beedrill. Alternatively, I do wonder what a regional variant of Ledian could be like - perhaps a Bug/Fighting with Iron Fist as a default ability. Sure, it'd be 4x weak to Flying moves, but it could still potentially be an improvement...

I could dig that, especially since it's still counter-balanced by the fact it's 4x weak to ice moves like Ice Shard. Although, I would prefer to see the Sinnoh/Johto/Unova/Kalos starters get mega-evos, regional forms, or specialized Z-moves first before we consider other ideas. I'd bet that Z-moves and regional forms could be more likely, since the Kanto and Hoenn starters already got mega-evos, and regional forms for a starter Pokemon would fit in with GameFreak's game design philosophy of essentially going by the adage "lighting never strikes twice."

I'd stay away from megas in the sense than it limits the team's options (only 1 mega per team), and would have to change their already good design. These deserve to be decent from scratch.

Sure its good in some cases, but I'd try to make them permanently good.

Storm Drain now traps water types like magnet pull does. Also helps out other top tier lads like cradily and gastrodon but I feel maractus gets the most mileage off that given it can actually kill them too.

I don't know if it needs 90 in every base stat. It definitely should have more defenses and HP for what it's trying to be. Attack Order should do more damage, but 120bp might be too much unless it has crappy accuracy. Maybe make it change so that it works like Water Spout and Eruption, doing 150bp at full HP?

New ability is kind of unfair too. Maybe a natural Leftovers without the Leech Seed effect.

I think it needs Rotom style form changes. So when in weather, its new forms have much more bulk. It should get more move options as well, though Weather Ball should stay as it because it's not terrible.

I also want alternative items to Weakness Policy and Assault Vest.

Something like a "Strength Clause" that boosts your Defenses on resisted hits and "Rage Goggles" that increase your attack stats but prevent you from using status moves.

Or would that be too broken?

Sounds kinda broken to me, especially the double Cosmic Power and the half-auto-Leech Seed.

Maybe make the ability an effect of Attack Order, or an alternate move (Drain Order?).
Anyway, sounds fun to play as, and annoying to play against.
Infestation/Toxic/Defend Order/Roost. Or change Infestation with some way to cure status (does it get Recycle or Refresh?).

Really pure rock with drill run (fuck you gamefreak) no guard, headsmash, knockoff and just a little more speed would make it fine.

Yeah that's absurdly powerful actually, multiplying the base power of all its punches by 4 and giving it the most ridiculous power up punch ever conceived.

Its low attack doesn't even matter at this point, it's essentially two huge powers.
