And I'm not anti SM, there's some stuff in the Dex I adore like oranguru, toxapex, wishiwashi, pyukumuku, the tapus, the Alola forms (mostly) etc etc. More than ever I just don't get the starter wars this gen. When we realised these three weren't fake It was a massive disappointment desu. They still look like fakemon to me and their stat spreads are really bad.
I honestly think this behaviour has just been drilled into a portion of the fanbase, at least on this board - there has to be a best one. It could literally be three bags of shit and people would be adamant that their favourite was the least shitty.
