I know that's everyone's first bitch but I hate that they haven't used the remakes to build upon the older titles more. I enjoyed least, but I hold it in lower esteem than emerald because they had a chance to build on so much and chose not to.
I resent them not expanding contests, secret bases and the facilities more. The secret bases have so much potential for online play, could very well justify a permanent place in the series if built upon properly, but they never go that extra mile to make things truly involving and exciting.
I like Emerald more because, at the time it was released, it was a decent amount of game for your money. OR AS is still good, but it could have been so much more.
