There are generally three different things people mean when they say "realistic Pokemon". From left to right:
>take a Pokemon and give it features familiar to our world
>take a real animal and give it Pokemon features
>just make a Pokemon look as horrifying as possible

The first ones tend to be the most interesting, but they're the rarest.
