The name Locadio or Lucadio exists in some old styled communities, I know because I have a uncle called Locadio and I was amused by the very same thing when Lucarrio was revealed but everyone should have had that doubt wiped out with a bit of looking around and asking names.
So he's probably just spouting stuff based on vague memories.
