The more i think about it, the more i think Lusamine should have been two characters, Lusamine as we know her as an up and comer within the foundation and maybe Mohn or someone else as the actual leader, with the dynamic being that Lusamine is slowly replacing all of Mohns members with her own so she can rise to power and control the foundation her own way and with her own warped principles ala Stalin.
